Airconstruct is pleased to announce our newly formed partnership with the Accommodation Association of Australia.
Our Vision is to be the preferred Heating ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) service provider to Accommodation Association of Australia members nationally.
We will deliver these services to members through 3 operating divisions within the one Airconstruct entity which are:
• Airconstruct which handles an commercial H.V.A.C. design, installation, service and maintenance.
• Airhygiene which specialises in small and large scale split system sanitization and robotic in-duct cleaning and sealing.
• Airconserve which can develop and implement energy reduction programs through either retrofitting and re-commissioning of existing H.V.A.C. equipment, or by identifying areas of energy waste through enclosure integrity and duct leakage testing.
Understanding how to improve energy efficiency requires more than just an understanding of the Heating Ventilation and Air conditioning equipment and the building services alone. It requires an in-depth understanding of the building elements and how the ambient and internal pressures of the building can impact on its services.
Our holistic approach to heating ventilation and air conditioning ensures that we can reduce costs by having a reduction of the amount specialized contractors required. We travel nationally and understand the varying requirements of the different climatic regions of our country. And we understand the hospitality industry still finds itself in trying times with the high Australian dollar and its need to remain competitive in a global market.

Global third party certified Safety, Health and Environmental systems gives the members of Accommodation Association of Australia peace of mind that anything we do at your premises will be de-risked, quality controlled and have little or no impact on the environment. Out staff are rigorously trained in the latest industry compliance issues and emerging trends as well as being hydrocarbon ready.
We have been involved in the hospitality industry for a number of years. In recent years we air-conditioned the 2012 resort of the world, Qualia resort and Shorelines on Hamilton Island and pour involvement in hospitality goes back to our first project at Suncity Resort in Surfers Paradise 1n 1999.
